20-03-2013 - It starts

Stupidly, I have agreed to do a triathlon with a work colleague Daz. I have never done anything like this in my life, I’m unfit, I’m fat and I’m lazy! 

Its been a while since I have done any sports, even at school, I would try my hardest to get out of PE.

It’s not like I’ve never done any sports, but nothing “athletic”. I’ve rock climbed, SCUBA dived, wakeboarded and snowboarded. I can swim though, I’ve always enjoyed swimming, but not up and down lanes, just messing about.

750m swim, 20k bike, 5k run, here I come
