Back in Training

After almost 3 weeks of man flu, I’m back! 

Which is good, because I also managed to get a place at the London Marathon.  This means I have 3 months to get myself Marathon fit, while staying injury free.

The best way to stay injury free is to ease my way back into training, unfortunately I am quite stupid :p

A nice little bike ride to get me back in the saddle

And a nice short jog 

Swimming tomorrow :D
